Cancer is overwhelming — not just the diagnosis, but every step that follows. Patients and families face a fragmented, impersonal system that too often fails them. We’re building something better.

This is a rare opportunity to own the frontend for a product that’s already changing lives, at a company with 20x month-over-month revenue growth, top-tier backers (Pear VC led our last round), and a founder with deep founder–market fit (ex-Flatiron, former caregiver, and product leader in oncology).

The Role

As our Founding Frontend Engineer/Lead, you’ll lead all things UI/UX and frontend architecture. You’ll shape the product experience for patients, caregivers, and clinicians navigating serious illness — from system design to pixel-perfect implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design to bring empathy, precision, and performance into every interaction.

This isn’t just a “build what’s spec’d” role — you’ll be a critical thought partner in product decisions, and your code will directly affect how people experience care.

What You’ll Own

Full ownership of the frontend — React, TypeScript, design system, testing, and perf

Translate complex care workflows into intuitive UI with real-world constraints

Collaborate tightly with product, design, and backend to deliver thoughtful UX

Set the bar for quality, performance, and accessibility

Shape how we scale: systems, processes, and future hires
