Property Maintenance Supervisor
Reports to: VP Operations
Non-Exempt
· Requisites
o High School education or equivalent
o 5-7 Years of construction, maintenance experience
o 2 plus years of crew supervision experience
o Demonstrated proficiency with general construction/maintenance tools
o Contractor’s license in a trade is a plus
· Meet weekly with operations team to prioritize the week’s activities.
o Report progress and report items identified in the file to be added to the work order list.
o Procure materials as needed and continually improving vendor relations
o Supervise maintenance staff to meet deadlines on projects and to accomplish routine maintenance goals.
o Conduct weekly workplace safety meetings
o Oversee independent contractors to confirm execution of scope of work is completed
o Respond to tenant/building emergency maintenance requests
o Inspect properties for security and safety issues
o Meet inspectors as needed to escort around the properties during inspections
Final Requirements for this position are a must:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders safely and efficiently.
Capable of standing and being on your feet for an average of eight hours per shift.
