Job Description
The Intervention Supervisor works under the direction of the Intervention Coordinator of Community Engagement and Support (CES) Services. The Intervention Supervisor will support and supervise CES Intervention School-based programs and DPH Project Amp. This position will supervise staff and be responsible for program oversight and reporting requirements for these programs.
The qualified candidate will have a Master’s Degree in a related field, with direct clinical experience while working with at-risk youth and families. Knowledge of behavioral health, violence prevention/intervention, substance use/abuse prevention/intervention, positive youth development and cultural responsiveness is preferred. Group facilitation and strong relationship building skill are required. Excellent communication and computer skills required. Valid driver’s license and own transportation is required.
This is a full time position location in Central Massachusetts and will include community-based travel and implementation.Company Description
