Nuvii is a modern smart home security company on a mission to protect, automate, and elevate the lives of homeowners across the state. As an authorized ADT dealer powered by Google Nest, we combine national trust with startup speed and autonomy.
We’re currently launching in DFW with plans to scale to 300+ installs/month across multiple territories within the first year.
About the Role
This isn’t just a VP title—it’s a founding executive role for someone ready to lead from the front and build a high-performing sales organization. You'll work alongside the founder to design sales systems, recruit and train reps, lead daily execution, and help guide strategic expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruit, onboard, and develop a top-performing field sales team
Lead team meetings, pipeline reviews, and in-field coaching
Build scalable sales processes, compensation plans, and leadership systems
Set and track performance KPIs to drive accountability and results
Help expand into new markets and territories over time
Sell directly in the field when needed to set the standard and model success
Compensation Structure & Growth Milestones
This role begins as a performance-based leadership opportunity with equity, and evolves as you scale the sales team and performance.
You’ll unlock structured compensation phases as you hit key growth milestones.
Phase 1: Start with high-paying commissions, team overrides, and equity vesting
Phase 2: Unlock a competitive base salary once you consistently lead a producing team
Phase 3+: Additional compensation increases, bonuses, and equity unlocks as you scale multiple teams and territories
Most leaders unlock Phase 2 within 90–120 days. Our top performers build 2–3 teams within the first 12–18 months.

Proven track record recruiting, training, and managing reps
