Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales to join our team! You will maintain our CRM and associated Invoicing/Billing from QBO.
Responsibilities:
Assist Territory Managers with selling company products and services to new and existing customers
Ensure the company CRM is up to date.
Issue and track invoicing via Quick Books Online platform
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Drive logistics for marketing events and efforts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Working knowledge with Microsoft Excel
Quick Books experience
Ability to build rapport with clients
Detail-oriented
Organization skills
Part-time
