Experience: - 5+ years

Job requirements & Skills: -

5+ years in change management and communications, ideally in finance transformation programs

Strong understanding of visual communication and storytelling

Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging visuals or videos

Skilled in crafting strategic messages tailored to diverse audiences

Confident verbal communicator with the ability to lead engaging discussions

Visual storytelling and content creation (static and video formats)

Strategic communication planning and execution

Change impact analysis and adoption strategy

Stakeholder engagement and facilitation

Experience with finance/business transformation initiatives

Proficiency with design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, or video tools)
