What you will do:

The Senior Manager, Brand & Content Marketing is responsible for shaping the newly established CVS Healthspire Payor Solutions brand and storytelling to generate awareness and favorability, in partnership with product marketers. You will be part of an exciting group of cross functional teams focused on building and implementing a new brand that is core to the CVS Health integrated strategy.

This strategic marketer and powerful storyteller is a thought leader with a vision for how to bring together compelling narratives, inclusive of product portfolios to attract new business, drive loyalty among clients and advocacy with consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the brand strategy for CVS Healthspire Payor Solutions inclusive of content strategy and tactical execution planning and activation

Strategic ownership over key brand channels including website and marketing channels (social, email, event/webinars etc.).

Lead cross functional teams on brand implementation across product assets, marketing materials and digital properties for both B2B and B2C

Partner with product marketing on prioritization of content publishing to ensure the brand building is reflective of key products/business goals

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience with healthcare, PBM, retail pharmacy or relevant B2B industry

3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience

1+ years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in B2B brand marketing where the clients are in the fortune 500 and expertise of leveraging a surround sound/cross channel approach

Proven ability to partner cross functionally at all levels of the organization to ensure you are bringing both leadership and influence

Able to navigate a complex organization: the ideal candidate will have worked effectively in an organization of considerable size, scope and complexity. They will be highly effective at partnering and will understand how to collaborate, influence and drive impact across the organization

Ability to synthesize and structure complex information and deliver it in a clear and compelling way through strong story telling & quantitative and qualitative evidence

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
