About the Role

Are you passionate about facilitating meaningful connections in the healthcare sector? As an HCP Engagement Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of compliance and event management, ensuring that healthcare professionals have a seamless experience at assigned meetings. Join us in making impactful engagements happen while navigating the dynamic world of healthcare compliance and events!

You're Good At

Managing HCP engagement compliance and payment processes for meetings.

Building strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals, offering consultative support.

Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to compliance timelines.

Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful logistics and attendee management.

Navigating multiple systems and technologies to keep track of meeting details.

You Might Also Have

A Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred).

Experience in meetings and events planning, particularly in the healthcare space.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

Understanding of domestic and international group travel logistics.

CMP certification and/or experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Temporary Project Support is between $45- $50 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
