Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct outreach activities to connect with and identify potential Atlas students
Attend fairs, community events, and other enrollment-related activities
Utilize digital platforms (social media, messaging apps, email) to engage prospective families
Host community-based informational sessions in libraries, cultural centers, and other accessible locations
Schedule and host school tours to showcase rigorous academic offerings and enriching student life
Develop target area strategies to optimize recruitment efforts
Provide accurate information about academic programs, admission requirements, and enrollment processes
Build partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and faith-based institutions to expand outreach
Collaborate with the Enrollment Team to ensure a timely and efficient application process
Follow up on student leads via phone, email, and in-person visits
Create and keep up to date a clear calendar with the team’s weekly activities
Support the Enrollment Coordinator with assisting families in filling out enrollment forms on-site and online
Demonstrate knowledge of the local environment (Southeast Colorado Springs) and its diverse communities
Support the Enrollment Team during application nights and related events
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly/Non-Exempt
$20.00 per hour
Seasonal; May - September
Part-time; Afternoon/Evenings and weekends; 10-12 hours per week
Includes at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day per month
Approximate Times: Weekdays 2:00 - 6:00 PM and Weekends 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (subject to change based on events and recruiting needs)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
Bilingual: Spanish-English
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to successfully pass all required background screening pursuant to CRS § 22-30.5-110.7
Valid driver's license and be willing to drive to various events around southern Colorado
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and networking abilities
Ability to develop and effectively deliver presentations to diverse audiences
Possess a basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and be comfortable utilizing smartphone applications
Desired Qualifications
Energetic and outgoing personality
Experience with social media outreach and digital engagement
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Experience working in K-12 or higher education recruitment is a plus
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools for tracking applications
Essential Functions
Ability to set up and transport event materials up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during outreach events
Must be able to endure various weather conditions during canvassing efforts
Must be able to abide by all policies and procedures of Atlas Preparatory School
