Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Building Maintenance Supervisor to provide service and repairs on modular home rental properties in Grand Island, NE. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Pay is $26-$28/hr DOE. 100% paid insurance, lots of perks, such as food and gifts, and even paid trips are offered!

Building Maintenance Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings to determine problems and necessary maintenance

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work

• Supervise and train maintenance technicians

• Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance

• Monitory inventory of materials and equipment

• Exterior and interior painting

• Deck repairs

• General carpentry duties

• Minor drywall repairs

• Replacement of door handles and light fixtures

• Upkeep of grounds

Building Maintenance Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous maintenance supervisory experience

• Possess valid driver’s license and decent driving record

• Have own vehicle and basic hand tools

• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds

• Ability to pass criminal background check
