Responsibilities:

Install & Terminate Cables Like a Pro: Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT6 and Fiber optic cables with precision and efficiencyâ leaving no room for error.

Testing & Certification: Ensure every cable you install meets performance standards by using cutting-edge testing equipment.

Master Fiber & Data Jacks: Punch down voice and data jacks, and get hands-on experience terminating both single-mode and ribbon fiber.

Fusion Splicing Mastery: If you have experience with fiber fusion splicing, this is your chance to showcase your expertise (and if you don't, we'll help you learn it!).

Rack & Panel Installation: Be the backbone of system setup by installing and terminating racks, cable trays, patch panels, and workstation outlets.

Safety First, Always: Follow strict safety protocols, including firestopping and ensuring compliance on every project.

Advanced Security Systems: Get experience installing, troubleshooting, and servicing security and access control devices (MAG locks, electric strikes, and more).

CCTV Systems: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems like a true expert.

Blueprint Interpretation: Take complex system layouts and blueprints and turn them into reality with your technical skills.

Climbing to New Heights: Work confidently at heights and use lifts and ladders to tackle even the toughest installations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Bring your 5+ years of low voltage experience in the commercial and/or industrial spaceâ whether it's cabling, security systems, or telecom, we want to see what you can do.

Certifications: If you have BICSI, Lift, or OSHA Certifications, thatâ s a huge plus. But if not, don't worryâ NLT is here to help you get them!

Night Flexibility: The job may require night shiftsâ if youâ re up for the challenge, this role is for you!

Travel: There will be in-state travelâ hotel, per diem, and travel expenses are fully covered, and youâ ll be home on weekends.

Tools & Gear: Youâ ve got the basicsâ hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)â and weâ ll help with the rest.

Telecom & Data Networks Knowledge: A solid working knowledge of telecom and data networks is a must.
