Job Title: Program AnalystJob Description
The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst is responsible for preparing, developing, and coordinating the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to achieve all program objectives. This role ensures that major projects and schedules are seamlessly integrated across various company functional groups, including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. The analyst will track plans, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using advanced project management techniques.
Responsibilities
Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives.
Ensure major projects and schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to identify performance variances.
Adhere to and guide the team through compliance with Earned Value Reporting metrics.
Assist in schedule performance analyses and visibility reporting, and prepare and submit monthly CDRLs such as IPMR.
Facilitate and support the program's monthly rhythm process using Microsoft Project and Project Server, SAP/S4, wInsight, Milestone Professional, Tableau/PowerBI, and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Program Planning or a Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
Ability to transfer and maintain a government Secret Clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.
Excel Macro/VBA Skills.
Experience in Deltek Cobra.
Experience in Deltek Acumen Risk.
Work Environment
The position is onsite in Clearfield, UT, operating on a 9x80 shift with every other Friday off work from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The work involves engaging with advanced technology and systems related to military aircraft, offering a dynamic and challenging environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
