1st/2nd Shift Maintenance

Job Duties:

The primary job function consists of the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in the manufacturing plant.

Includes installation, setup, maintenance, and repair of all industrial equipment related to plant operation, facility services, and infrastructure.

Duties include diagnosing, repairing, and/or replacing electrical components, wiring, and automation systems as needed.

Assist in control system upgrades and integration of new industrial technology.

Maintain knowledge of advanced control systems, PLC programming, and modern automation tools.

Support shift Operators with mechanical repairs and equipment troubleshooting as necessary.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; proven electrical, mechanical, welding, tool and die and lift truck experience.

Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting.

Associates Degree in Maintenance or Industrial Technology preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with all levels in the organization.

Must possess demonstrated leadership skills.

Ability to pass a background check.

Ability to pass a drug screen.

Job Details:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hours

Monday - Friday

Shift: Starts on 1st shift, but must be flexible to move to 2nd shift as needed

1st shift: Monday - Friday, 7:50am - 4:00pm

2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3:50pm - 12:00am
