Pay Rate: $19/hr

About the Job:

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help move, organize, and track materials like raw ingredients, customer samples, and finished products. You’ll also help prepare items for shipping. This is an important job that helps keep our operations running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For:

You have a high school diploma or equivalent

If you have an associate’s degree in biotech, no work experience is required

If you don’t have a degree, we ask that you have experience handling or shipping items in a biopharma or similar environment

You’re comfortable working in person (this job is not remote)

You can lift boxes and use warehouse tools like pallet jacks or hand trucks

You’re organized and pay attention to details

What You’ll Do:

Receive shipments and check that the materials match what’s listed on paperwork

Store materials properly, including in temperature-controlled areas

Keep track of inventory using computer systems like Oracle or LIMS

Get materials ready for different departments when they’re needed

Help ship products by packaging items and preparing labels and shipping paperwork

Take part in regular inventory checks and help get rid of outdated stock

Follow all safety and company rules

Suggest ways we can improve the process and reduce waste

Keep your workspace clean and organized
