At the Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL), we take pride in and highly value our employees. The SDL Enterprise Application Support Team (EAST) is seeking a JAMIS Prime ERP Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing the JAMIS Prime and HCM platform. This role supports accounting, purchasing, and many other processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a desire to become the Subject Matter Expert in all things JAMIS Prime related.

As part of our team, you will troubleshoot issues within the JAMIS Prime platform, provide technical solutions to operational challenges, and support system upgrades and releases. Your role will involve implementing new features and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of existing capabilities. You will also collaborate closely with internal business process owners, users, and EAST to define requirements for new and existing customization projects, playing a key role in enhancing critical processes at Space Dynamics Laboratory.

This position may also include supporting the administration of other 3rd party tools such as Jira and Confluence as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Logan, Utah, and is not eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Performs day-to-day administration of user access, roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings in JAMIS Prime ERP

Resolves integration issues with other applications/tools from the JAMIS perspective

Resolves user access issues and provides prompt support to user queries

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert on JAMIS best practices, system capabilities, and usage guidelines

Meets with stakeholders to identify needs and implement appropriate solutions

Evaluates, manages, and maintains JAMIS customization projects, including DACs, Generic Inquiries, Web Service Endpoints, Business Events, etc.

Creates technical documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes

Continuously refines workflows and system processes for better efficiency and automation

Supports Stakeholders in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within the JAMIS system

Helps administer other 3rd party tools as needed (Jira/Confluence/etc.)

Required Qualifications

BS in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field

Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self motivated and customer-service oriented

Must be a US citizen, permanent resident of the US, or other US person

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of financial ERP administration

Experience with third-party applications administration

Experience with C#

A strong understanding of financial, accounting, and procurement processes

Familiarity with Government Contracting

Ability to translate highly technical matters into understandable terms to non-technical audiences

*Salary Range:

$70,000-$90,000

Salary commensurate based on education and experience
