At Neuvant House of Lawrence, we are passionate about creating a warm, enriching, and supportive environment for residents in our assisted living and memory care community. We are currently seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant who is also a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team and help deliver meaningful, engaging activities that improve quality of life and support emotional well-being.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in planning and leading engaging groups and one-on-one activities for residents in assisted living and memory care

Foster social interaction, cognitive stimulation, physical activity, and creative expression

Encourage participation and adapt activities based on residents’ needs and abilities

Provide support with mobility and basic care during programs, as needed

Collaborate with nursing and care teams to deliver person-centered programming

Escort residents to events and community outings as needed

Maintain activity supplies and help set up and decorate for events and holidays as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Required

Experience working in assisted living or memory care preferred

Outgoing, patient, and compassionate with excellent communication skills

Creative and enthusiastic about improving the lives of seniors

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using basic technology

Must be able to lift 25 lbs and assist with mobility support when needed

Valid driver’s license preferred (for outings and events)

Time management is a must
