Growing from a dorm room start-up in 2012, JonnyPops mission is to make "A Better Pop for a Better World!" JonnyPops leads the frozen novelties space in innovation and uses simple ingredients with no artificial dyes. Every pop stick includes a kind deed, spreading kindness every day. Aid in the oversight of the custodial staff throughout the building, including custodian services, security, energy conservation, and all support functions of the facility manager

Job Summary

The building coordinator works in conjunction with the facilities manager on the functionality, maintenance of the building, and grounds. Under this role you will support the scheduled maintenance vendors, spontaneous office requests, future planning, and upkeep of the Plymouth and Elk River facilities. This role offers a combination of hands on with minor maintenance, the ability to understand the problem and direct vendors, up to documentation processes, and ability to obtain and communicate deadlines.

This role you should have basic understanding of

Food Safety Requirements

· Adhere to food safety standards to ensure a safe operating environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Regularly visit and inspect the building utility closets, electrical panels, cafeteria processes, and restroom cleanliness.

· Performs other duties of a similar nature or level, including all tasks related to moving furniture, white board installs, minor door adjustment, spill response, and janitorial demands as needed.

· Works directly with Facility Manager and front desk to engage in documentation processes as it relates to vendors, processes, supplies, and utility improvements.

· Daily walk around with interior and exterior property to identify inconsistencies in day-to-day operations.

· Capability to fill in to shovel snow and apply salt to areas to support the flow of pedestrian traffic.

· Verify functionality of cameras, proper sight angles, clean as needed.

· Document and procure items as it relates to door locking mechanisms, water filters, fitness equipment, and major building items that demand maintenance.

· Reliable transpiration and ability to report to Plymouth and Elk River Facilities

· Report to work Monday through Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm. Capabilities to work overtime

· Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift

· Capable to lift 75lbs

Expected Pay Range

$19.00 - $25.00 an hour and be based on experience. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form on bonuses and/or commissions.
