Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY is looking to hire dynamic Call Center Representatives in the Capital District Area. We are looking for friendly, sales orientated & computer savvy representatives to provide amazing customer service via inbound and outbound calls.

A Day in the Life of a Call Center Representative

As a call center representative, you will eagerly answer inbound calls and make outbound calls using scripts to set qualified appointments.

Follow up on customer inquiries.

Set qualified sales appointments. (It would be your job to keep our sales calendar full!)

Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department.

What do you bring to the table?

The ability to provide customers with a dynamic presentation, informing them of product information.

Your experience in sales, marketing or lead generation.

You possess general computer knowledge (MS office – Word, Excel) & are internet savvy.
