This is an excellent opportunity for a top-performing salesperson or finance (F&I) professional looking to grow into a leadership role. You’ll help oversee a sales staff of 5, develop effective sales and finance strategies, train the team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. If you have a track record of success in automotive sales or F&I and are eager to share your knowledge while building a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Set sales goals, track progress, and coach the team on best practices.
Sales and Finance Strategies: Our stores are focused on a fast, and transparent sales process.
Training and Development: Use your expertise in sales and finance to train the team on effective techniques, compliance standards, and advanced product presentation skills.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring transparency and professionalism throughout the sales and finance processes.
Day-to-Day Operations: Organize schedules, attend manager meetings, and reinforce company policies to maintain smooth operations.
Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and compile regular performance reports for dealership management.
Energy Building: Foster a motivating and collaborative atmosphere that drives results and encourages innovation.
Qualifications:
Experience in automotive sales or F&I, with a track record of exceeding quotas and delivering outstanding results.
Proven knowledge of effective sales and finance strategies and best practices.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team.
Tech-savvy, with familiarity in inventory and finance management softwares (we use VAuto, Autofi, VINs, and PBS).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Service-oriented attitude with keen attention to detail.
An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
