Job Description

TMD Staffing is looking to hire a 1st Shift Onsite Coordinator to join our team at a client location in Spring, TX (77389)!

This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing!

The Onsite Coordinator's primary objective is to recruit, interview, place, monitor, support and terminate temporary associates at an on-site location.

ONSITE COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all information is entered timely and correctly into the database system, and that all records and files are kept current.

Obtain complete and accurate information on customer job orders.

Assure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.

Communicate all necessary information concerning temporary associates and customers to TMD Staffing management.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from high school or GED equivalent

One (1) year of customer service experience in which independent and discretionary judgment and decisions were made on behalf of the employing company.

Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance coverage, as well as reliable transportation to drive between client sites and the office as required.

Must be computer literate, able to navigate through emails, and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, etc.)

Must have a clean background and pass a drug screen.

SHIFT

First Shift, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Must be available to work 12 Hour Shifts.
