IT Technician

Job Description

Diehl Automotive is searching for an IT technician I to be based at our Pittsburgh Diehl Automotive stores. This is a full-time position that will require some travel between stores in Pittsburgh, PA area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across dealership departments and stores.

Troubleshoot end users, set up pc’s, help with network issues

Travel to Diehl stores in the area as needed.

Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects.

Set up users and maintain Active Directory

Set up users and maintain Office365

Ensure data security and system integrity.

Configure and maintain network printers and scanners.

Qualifications:

RECOMMENDED: Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.

Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent communication and people skills and ability to work well with team members.

RECOMMENDED: Experience with dealership management systems (Tekion), and various vehicle service-related hardware and software a plus.

Travel between Diehl locations is a must. A drivers license with a clean driving record is necessary.

Mostly end user support; some network experience helpful.

Experience with VoIP a bonus
