We have multiple opportunities available, including hybrid roles in Scottsdale, AZ, with well-established companies in the financial, healthcare, and insurance industries.

About the Roles:

Customer Interaction: Handle high-volume inbound calls and inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently, striving for first-call resolution.

Financial Services Support: Guide investment accounts, insurance policies, and financial transactions.

Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.

Compliance & Regulations: Adhere to all relevant regulations (e.g., FINRA, HIIPA) and company policies.

Customer Education: Clearly and concisely explain complex information.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal partners.

Administrative Tasks: Complete tasks related to customer requests.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software.

Experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Familiarity with financial services or insurance industries (a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in data entry and documentation.

Ability to work hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ
