As the SAP FICO/SAP S/4HANA Analyst, here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Configure and support key financial processes in SAP FICO while maintaining a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA workstreams.

Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, optimizing system functionalities, and documenting scalable solutions.

Lead the design, testing, and implementation of financial solutions to advance business performance.

Build and maintain critical master data, such as General Ledger (GL) accounts, profit centers, and other key financial data values.

Improve user experiences by developing intuitive tools and robust enhancements that promote adoption.

Address urgent, complex issues while managing a variety of business-sensitive priorities.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of SAP S/4HANA and SAP FICO/SAP FI experience

Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster effective collaboration across teams.

A detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for real-time process improvement.

Adaptability and responsiveness to tackle evolving organizational priorities.
