Job Description
AGRILAND FS, a financially strong farmer-owned cooperative, is looking for a leader in operations, with a strong mechanical aptitude, great organizational skills and experience mentoring others. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this person will work closely with the sales and operations manager to lead the operations team with knowledge of fuel delivery and tank equipment.
Responsibilities:
Schedules, leads, and sets fuel tanks
Assist in delivery of products to customers
Maintains shop, equipment, tools, and facilities
Assist with the recruiting team members
Assist with the training of team members
Inventory management
What we need from you:
Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with all required endorsements
Excellent business skills with experience in budgeting and inventory.
Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem solving skills
Effectively operate all equipment at the facility
Excellent work ethic with the ability to work hours beyond considered normal
Very good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Experience or strong understanding of the Fuel industry preferred
