Role: PeopleSoft to Workday Data Conversion Developer

Location: New York, New York

Description

An application security engineer ensures software security by identifying vulnerabilities, implementing protective measures, collaborating with development teams, monitoring suspicious activities, and staying updated on security trends.

Duties

Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.

Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.

Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies.

Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration.

Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience (10+ Years)

Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Use analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems.

84 months of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.

84 months of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.

84 months of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration.

84 months of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.

84 months of experience developing and maintaining clear and consistent documentation for data and conversion processes and procedures.

84 months of experience working collaboratively with various technical teams (but not limited to) such as PeopleSoft, workday, database administrators, and cybersecurity analysts to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.

Oracle PeopleSoft Certification

Bachelor's degree
