Security Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee all security operations at our hypermarket.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of customers, staff, merchandise, and premises, while leading a team of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the security team.

Monitor surveillance systems and conduct routine inspections.

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity.

Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.

Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Prepare incident reports and maintain security logs.

Train and schedule security guards according to operational needs.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a security role, preferably in retail or hypermarket settings.

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is a must.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and surveillance systems.

Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.

High school diploma or equivalent; security certifications preferred.
