Job Description:
The Enterprise Services and Strategy (ESS) is responsible for supporting all aspects of contracts for IT outsourcing services within the IT organization. This role involves support to strategizing, negotiating, implementing, and maintaining contracts with IT service providers to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with company standard, expectations.
Essential Functions:
Support development and implementation of IT strategies for the procurement of IT outsourcing services
Support ongoing review of opportunities supporting IT Financial Savings; Opportunities; Capture Delivery
Support negotiation of contracts with IT service providers, ensuring favorable terms for cost, quality, staffing, and performance
Management and support the entire lifecycle of IT outsourcing contracts, from initiation through to renewal or termination
Work closely with IT to understand service requirements and align outsourcing contracts with business objectives
Collaborate with supply chain, legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure contracts adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Support and escalate issues with IT managed services providers performance against contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs)
Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise in relation to IT outsourcing contracts
Drive, support and conduct regular reviews of contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings or service improvements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT outsourcing and contract management
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all contract-related activities
Support vision and strategy of IT outsourcing contracts and ESS to internal stakeholders including senior level executives
Plan, develop and execute on change order management strategy and process.
Project interdependencies: resources, duplicative spend/efforts, cost modeling to track cost increases or decreases
Review deliverables business case: prior, during, after (audit deliverables, assumptions, business case)
Occasional travel to support supplier meetings, conferences or other IT projects

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing models and market trends
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in a technology or defense industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or procurement, with a focus on IT services
Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCCM)
Ability to work across regions, sectors and segments to influence change across the organization
Demonstrated success leading large IT technology initiatives with enterprise level impact and have managed supplier/vendor relationships
Capability to understand and analyze complex business processes/problems and develop clear solution proposals
Ability to engage internal Business Partners and team members at all levels of the organization, and can clearly present ideas and concepts to executive leaders
Self-aware individual who can collaborate both internally and externally, and resolve cross-team conflicts
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $99,500- $184,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
