Job Description:

This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager of EVMS Compliance and will be a member of the team responsible for supporting programs with EVMS requirements to include providing support and mentorship on the implementation of EVM practices and established programs processes.

Essential Functions

Manage the system administration tasks of the division’s EVMS Toolset, EAC workflows, and the associated SAP interfaces

Coordinate with IT on bug fixes and system enhancements

Responsible for issuing and managing the closure of help tickets with the software vendors

Work with analysts and system SuperUsers to solve programmatic system issues

Ensure the EVMS Toolset is operating efficiently to meet program reporting deadlines

Provide training on system processes and features

Develop and provide solutions for system issues

Responsible for the EVMS Toolset IT SOX Compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Master’s degree preferred.

Aerospace and Defense Industry experience a must.

Excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate information to customers as well as the program management team and senior management

Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) a must.

System administration experience a must.

Self-motivated with a strong knowledge of EVMS, Deltek Tools, and SAP
