Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Online Chat Representative to serve as the digital front line of our guest services team.

You will respond to website, social media, and messaging platform inquiries in real time, helping guests book stays, answer questions, and plan their ideal getaway.

This position is ideal for someone who loves helping people and can communicate clearly and warmly through online channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to live chat and messaging inquiries through the website, social media, and booking platforms.Provide accurate information about room availability, amenities, local attractions, and booking policies.Assist guests with online reservations, cancellations, or modifications.Escalate complex issues or special requests to on-site staff as needed.Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-up actions in booking systems or logs.Support marketing efforts by directing guests to promotions, packages, or seasonal offers.Provide excellent customer service that reflects the values and hospitality of Xanadu Ranch GetAway.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or online support preferred.Excellent written communication skills, grammar, and typing accuracy.Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor in digital conversations.Comfortable multitasking and using web-based chat tools or reservation systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, based on guest activity.
