Laser Templator (LT-2D3D Experienced)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Laser Templator to join our fabrication and installation team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the LT-2D3D Laser Templator and a strong understanding of measuring and layout processes for countertops, stone surfaces, and other custom installations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and efficient project execution from measurement to fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform onsite templating using the LT-2D3D Laser Templator system for countertops, vanities, and custom surfaces.

Interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications to create precise digital templates.

Communicate with clients, project managers, and installers to ensure accuracy and resolve issues on site.

Upload and manage digital files for fabrication teams using CAD/CAM software.

Maintain and calibrate laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Ensure all templates meet company standards for quality and accuracy.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements:

Proficiency with the LT-2D3D Laser Templator is mandatory.

Minimum of 1 2 years experience in templating, surveying, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of countertop fabrication and installation processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Comfortable using digital tools and software such as AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (travel to job sites required).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in stone, solid surface, or millwork industries.

Bilingual (Spanish or other language) is a plus.

Experience with CNC fabrication processes is a plus.
