Event Medical Coverage

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled and dependable EMTs and paramedics to provide on-site medical coverage at public and private events. As a key member of our event team, you'll respond to emergencies, offer first aid, provide health education and information, and ensure patrons receive timely and appropriate care.

Responsibilities:

Provide immediate care for illness and injury on-site

Assess and triage patients; determine need for advanced medical care

Document incidents and medical interventions accurately

Maintain a visible, approachable presence at assigned event locations

Communicate with event staff, security, and local EMS as needed

Ensure equipment and supplies are ready and in good condition

Adhere to all safety and medical protocols

Qualifications:

Current EMT-B or paramedic certification

Current CPR/BLS certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
