A leading wireless telecommunications provider is seeking a skilled NOC Incident Manager to support a 24/7 Wireless Network Operations Center in Littleton, CO. This night shift role is vital to overseeing critical incident management functions for a next-generation 5G network infrastructure.
Location: Onsite – Littleton, CO
Shift: Nights 40 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract
Experience Required: 8+ years in Telecom/Wireless NOC operations
Network Focus: 4G/5G Core, RAN, Transport, Cloud, PaaS
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end incident lifecycle management (Sev 1–4), ensuring quick resolution and detailed tracking.
Manage network outages, customer-impacting events, and escalations with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across RF, Core, Cloud Infra, Transport, and Integration.
Maintain high network uptime with a national availability target >99.50%.
Oversee incident tickets, MOPs, SOPs, and implement KPI-driven process improvements.
Ensure SLA compliance and continuous enhancement of incident response procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
8–10+ years' experience in telecom/wireless network operations (NOC).
Demonstrated experience managing 4G/5G networks and incident escalations.
Proficient in analyzing complex issues across RAN, Core, gNB, PaaS, and Transport layers.
Skilled at leading teams under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and resolving incidents with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
