Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & Design: Use CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed, high-quality designs for fabrication and manufacturing processes.

CNC Programming: Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs (including G-code) to ensure efficient, accurate production.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, machinists, and production teams to bring designs to life, meeting project specifications and deadlines.

Blueprint Interpretation: Translate complex technical drawings into clear machine instructions, ensuring precision in every step of the production process.

Precision Measuring: Use tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify measurements and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Mathematical Expertise: Apply geometry, trigonometry, and basic math to resolve design and manufacturing challenges, ensuring accuracy in all measurements.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in drafting, CNC programming, or a related machining field.

CAD Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD for design and 3D modeling.

CNC Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC operations and G-code programming.

Blueprint Skills: Ability to read, create, and modify technical drawings.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and accuracy in all aspects of design and production.

Fabrication Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes and the importance of tight tolerances.
