Well established industrial/commercial firm doing work in eastern PA and NJ has opening.
Construction Project Managers manage the financial, scheduling, customer relations and quality control aspects of multiple projects with full accountability. Penn Valley’s projects range from $1 to $20 million. Projects include automobile dealerships, warehouses and specialty manufacturing buildings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Estimating
Creating scopes of work for development of contract documents
Reviewing and submitting submittals to design professionals
Marking up monthly requisitions
Coordinating utility applications
Overseeing punch list completion
Project Scheduling via Microsoft Project
General oversee / assist superintendent.
Construction Project Managers should also reflect strong writing skills in preparing contract documents, maintaining schedules, writing subcontracts/change orders, and issuing meeting minutes.
Min. 10 years’ experience in construction management. 401K, Benefits plus incentive.
