Job Responsibilities and Tasks
-Great computer skills (365 software)
-Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
-Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and drive growth.
-Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resources.
-Execute projects on time and within budget.
-Analyze operational metrics and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Requirements
-Must have 3 years of experience supervisor/manager
-Must know English, bilingual is a plus
-Forklift Certificate is a plus
Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
