Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite)

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm with a strong track record of success, is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join their Houston office. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator to take on high-stakes cases and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and bad faith claims

Drive case strategy and manage all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution

Oversee depositions, mediations, and trials as lead counsel

Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support professionals

Support business development and client relationship efforts

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 + percentage of attorney fees

First-chair trials in personal injury litigation
