Our client is looking for a pricing coordinator on a temp to hire basis- The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate pricing data, supporting pricing processes, and ensuring timely updates across various departments. This role involves managing pricing information, assisting with pricing adjustments, and coordinating with teams to support effective pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, be attentive to detail, have good computer skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Record and enter purchase orders and material transfers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring they are recorded within a 24-hour window upon receipt

Record and enter invoices accurately and comprehensively within a 48-hour window upon receipt

Review pending order report and address any missing orders on a weekly basis

Daily filing in an efficient and organized manner; removing discarded/unwanted files monthly

Distribute and separate documents pertaining to their according department

Provide backup for daily posting

Requirements:

High school Diploma

Experience in a similar industry a plus

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office – including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to efficiently prioritize on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis – adjusting to a constantly changing schedule

Must be able to display effective problem-solving techniques
