**Job Description**

Sets up and operates production processes and equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Supervises assigned personnel to blend, fill, secure, and label containers according to company and/or customer specifications. Verifies goods packaged against Job Production Orders and instructions and records data as needed. May make adjustments to equipment as needed. Reads and interprets Production Orders and instructions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret Production Orders and instructions.

**Essential Skills**

+ Competent English skills in spoken word and reading comprehension.

+ Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

+ 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

+ Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Good communication skills.

+ Ability to follow orders.

+ Manufacturing

+ Completion of an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the area of specialty.

**Work Environment**

Chemical company environment that is hot, humid, and at times very dirty. Steel Toes, Safety Glasses, and Uniforms provided. Work is very physical and involves a team of 60 employees in the Liquid Department.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, Kentucky.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.50/hr.
