Position Summary:
The Executive Training Program is a rotational, full-time role designed to prepare a qualified tribal member for future leadership within LCO Financial Services (LCOFS) and LCO Technology Group (LCOTG). This immersive program offers hands-on experience across lending operations, compliance, financial technology, business intelligence, marketing, and executive strategy.
Over a structured 24–30 month period, the selected individual will work directly with department heads and shadow senior executives, gaining a 360-degree view of both organizations. This role is ideal for a motivated and curious candidate seeking long-term career growth in tribal business and fintech innovation.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Must be an Enrolled tribal member of Lac Courte Oreilles.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work/life experience
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and engage across multiple business areas
Passion for serving the tribal community and exploring technology-driven solutions
