Essential Functions:
Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the spa desk
Coordinate appointments using spa booking software, check voicemail, and return all calls within 24 hours
Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day, inform providers of changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed
Check in guests for appointments provide general spa and amenity orientation to guests upon arrival
Promote and sell spa services and spa retail products
Maintain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of all transactions for the spa and if needed perform cash drop procedure in Accounting
Process guest payments for spa services
Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory including retail items as we all service products
Ensure therapists clean and sanitize equipment and room both between services and prior to departure for the day
Place tickets into the system for any equipment repairs or housekeeping needs
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Manager
Assist at the Front Desk when needed
Assist Leisure Services with activities, tennis program and resort memberships
Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements
Education/Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Specific Skills Required:
Must be well organized and detail oriented
Possess a strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated/Team Player
Sales motivated / Customer Service oriented
Must have a positive attitude and approachable demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Communicate quickly and effectively with dissatisfied or disgruntled guests
Proficient computer skills that will ensure reservations will be made in a timely, efficient and error free manner.
Knowledge of computer applications
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and or push up to 30lbs, move, stand, walk, crouch/stoop, kneel, repetitive hand/wrist motion, reach, bend, see, recognize, distinguish convey information and converse with staff and guests with great consistency.
