What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

ERP Administration & Optimization: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within NetSuite ERP to ensure smooth system operations.

Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks, crashes, data errors, and login issues.

System Updates & Maintenance: Install, configure, and implement ERP system updates, patches, and security enhancements.

Data Management & Integrity: Perform regular data backups, ensure data accuracy, and manage data migrations between different systems.

Business Process Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, inventory, HR) to analyze workflows, optimize system usage, and drive process improvements.

Customization & Enhancements: Work with business stakeholders and ERP vendors to customize NetSuite, develop new modules, and implement feature enhancements.

Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate reports, dashboards, and SQL-based queries to support business intelligence and decision-making.

Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, system security best practices, and company policies.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as an ERP Systems Administrator, preferably with NetSuite ERP.

Strong understanding of ERP functionalities across finance, sales, inventory, and HR.

Hands-on experience with system upgrades, data migration, and ERP implementation projects.

️ Technical Skills:

Database Management & SQL Querying (basic understanding of database concepts).

Familiarity with network infrastructure, system administration, and ERP integrations.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong communication & problem-solving skills to work with users across departments.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
