The salary grade range is $92,273.00 to $146,328.00USD

What We’re Seeking
A dynamic leader responsible for developing strategies to prevent failures and minimize facility downtime. You will work closely with maintenance teams to design and implement maintenance plans, monitor equipment performance, and identify potential issues before they become significant problems.
Additionally, this CIRE will provide technical support to Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Procurement and input for the Risk Management Plan (reliability and non-reliability risks that could adversely impact plant operation).
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Reliability Analysis: Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential reliability issues; Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate equipment failures and process inefficiencies to determine root causes and develop corrective actions; Utilize statistical analysis tools to support decision-making.
Training and Development: Train staff in reliability best practices and continuous improvement methodologies; Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organization.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all processes comply with food safety regulations and industry standards; Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety protocols.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports on reliability metrics and continuous improvement initiatives; Document processes, procedures, and improvement activities.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience
Knowledge and practical application of Predictive Technologies and expertise in driving CI activities.
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or technical experience.
Manufacturing industry experience required - Food industry experience strongly preferred.
Lean manufacturing experience
Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, synthesize data and results, and drive toward insight and solutions.
Able to identify significant deviations from the operating plan and budget and work with site leaders to identify corrective actions using appropriate continuous improvement tools (kaizen, visual systems, 5S, Gemba, six sigma, LEAN, etc.)
Proficient knowledge of food manufacturing, food safety, FDA/USDA, and OSHA
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS.
