We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in information security to lead and deliver complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments, ensuring that security best practices are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of information security projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, compliance, and business units to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure that security controls, policies, and standards are incorporated into all project phases, from initiation to closure.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party engagements related to security solutions and services.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting post-project reviews and implementing lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications

PMP Certified.

7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in an information security environment.

Demonstrated experience delivering complex security projects such as risk assessments, security architecture implementations, compliance initiatives (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), or incident response programs.

Strong understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).

Preferred Skills

Experience working in highly regulated industries such as Restaurant, Hospitality or Retail.

Familiarity with cloud security, identity and access management, and emerging security technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
