Summary
Providing excellent customer service to our guests, a Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor/Dealer may work as a Dealer or a Table Games Supervisor or Boxperson on any assigned shift. When acting in the capacity of a Supervisor you will assist in the responsibilities of the day to day activities of table games operations ensuring gaming protection.
Job Duties
Dealer
Will provide prompt, courteous and accurate service.
Maintains continuous security of assigned game at all times
Deal game according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
Pick up losing bets and cards from customer’s betting square. Pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square.
Complete any required forms, records, and documents.
Supervisor Capacity
Provides oversight of table games operations supporting the dealers in game accuracy.
Records accurate ratings
Settles disputes that may arise at the gaming table between guests and dealers.
Monitors bets, payouts and makes corrections as needed while maintaining game security. Opens and closes table games as assigned.
Tracks and records player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
1 year of prior experience strongly preferred.
Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
Must have excellent customer skills.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
