As custodian with you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the interiors of the center including classrooms, cafeterias, libraries, restrooms, offices, halls, other public areas as well as cleaning and re-supplying building restrooms on a regularly scheduled basis .

Responsibilities:

Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.

Clean and maintain classrooms, restrooms, glass doors, water fountains, and other facility areas.

Handle trash removal, dusting, and routine maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and minor repairs.

Conduct weekly inspections of playgrounds and building exteriors, report conditions to supervisor.

Manage janitorial supply inventory and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Good judgment and clear, legible writing for recordkeeping.

Physically able to sit, stand, bend, lift, squat, and walk for extended periods.

Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience required.

Capable of completing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

The base salary range for this position is $ 26,832 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
