In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and human resources tasks within a fast-paced medical packaging facility. Key responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, coordinating onboarding procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and job applicants in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and HR-related correspondence.

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and personnel files.

Help monitor and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.

Assist with organizing employee engagement events and company-wide communications.

Other duties as requested Qualifications and Requirements:

Must possess a high school diploma or GED

Demonstrated experience in customer service and extensive data entry roles

Must successfully pass pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $ 33,280 to $ 35,360, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
