Schedule: Core hours of 8 :30 - 4:30 Mon - Thur & 8: 30-12:30 on Friday

Direct hire opportunity Job Description:

In this essen tial and vital role you will be the lead accounting professional but play many other roles in this small organization. In this non-profit, everyone wears many hats and pitches in where is needed and you will lead by example in that regard.

Responsibilities:

Manage the general ledger, make and review all journal entries, and lead month end close

Approve payroll

Lead all compliance related activities

M ost importantly, assist the CFO and CEO in leading the entire organization and helping each employee reach their goals Qualifications and Requirements:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Must have strong experience with month end close

Must have some experience leading a team

Must have elite organization and multi-tasking skills

Must have impeccable ethical standards and the ability to set and follow strict guidelines Benefits and Perks:

The base salary range for this position is $ 60000 - $80000 per year, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
