Job Description

Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Customer Consultant who will report to the Customer Operation Manager as part of our dynamic Customer Service Team in LINDBERG.

How you will contribute

Provide customer service with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with our Partners

Communicate technical knowledge about our unique products via telephone and e-mail

Handle complaints, including guidance and support to our Partners

Follow-up on customer inquiries

Support and work with our international sales team

Process and register orders

Knowledge and Brand storytelling for our Partners

Who you are

You are fluent in Danish and English. In addition, it is an advantage if you are familiar with other Scandinavian languages

You are a committed person with a catching mood who knows how to provide good service and build relationships through telephone and e-mail.

You are a structured, adaptable, quality-conscious, and smiling colleague who thrives in everyday life with fluctuating busyness, where the overview and good energy must be preserved.

Knowledge of CRM systems and BI applications is a plus

Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics Axapta ERP systems is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to prioritize work effectively
