About the Role:

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all warehouse inbound and inventory operations, Prescription dispense and fulfillment, Non-prescription fulfillment, Outbound Processing, and employees across multiple shifts and functions. You will be a part of the management team, and be a key stakeholder in the company, and have a tremendous impact as Hims/Hers grows. This role is based in New Albany, Ohio and will report to the Director of Operations.

You Will:

In the absence of the General Manager, you will be responsible for all daily facility operations.

Be responsible for monitoring prescription turnaround time so that internal standards and patient needs are met.

Be responsible for on-site SOX compliance as it relates to inventory control and cycle count procedures.

Oversee dispense operations for technicians, and partner with Pharmacists staff to ensure all operational strategies are within Pharmacy regulation.

You will have the responsibility to ensure the team's processes of shipping accurately in order to eliminate all HIPAA violations and accuracy.

Work with the Pharmacy Leadership team to analyze operations and overall efficiency for best class processing.

Communicate with program managers to create efficient products to support business needs.

Collaborate with support partners (Transportation, Design, Supply Chain, ect.) to enhance the customer experience.

You will perform any duties and projects as assigned.

You Have:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Master’s Degree.

10+ years of working experience in a Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution environment.

10+ years in a Supervisory/Management role.

10+ years of OSHA safety experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Six Sigma/ Lean Principle experience.

Proven experience leading technically complex projects.

Conditions of Employment:

This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.

This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).

Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.
