Job Requirements: Prior landscaping experience Valid driver's license (Must meet insurance eligibility) Clean driving record Full-time eligibility after contract period Position Highlights: Year-round employment (no layoffs) $10/hour snow removal incentive Start time: 7:30 a.m. sharp (late after 7:34 a.m.) Goal: 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu); Fridays not guaranteed Weekly payroll with overtime after 40 hrs Attendance Policy: Strict 90-day probation (2 unexcused absences = termination) 72 hours’ notice required for absences Limited sick leave policy Uniform/Dress Code: PPE provided (must replace if lost) RFC tops or plain tees with sleeves Khaki/cargo work pants required (no jeans/leggings) Leather work boots only After 90 Days – Benefits Include: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance 401(k), PTO, and bonus programs
